PAID RBT TRAINING PROGRAM
What we are looking for
My Ba Therapy Center offers a training program for those interested in becoming a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for childcare and are in search of an opportunity to join the ever-growing field of ABA.
Requirements to apply
- A passion for working with children with autism or other developmental disorders
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must be over 18
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- US work authorization
- You must have a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation
How it works
My Ba Therapy Center is offering an all-expenses-paid RBT training program that will help applicants complete their 40-hour course requirement and assist applicants through the process of becoming an RBT offering practice material and practice exams.
- 40 hours online course.
- RBT Practice Materials.
- Practice Exams to help better prepare for the final exam
- BACB states no 40-hour course can be finished in less than 5 days and must take no more than 180 days. BACB RBT Task List outlines tasks RBT are likely to perform https://www.bacb.com/rbt-task-list
Competency Assessment
Competency Assessment- During this assessment, you will demonstrate your competency to a BCBA. This is a requirement outlined by the BACB and is a step in the process of becoming an RBT.

Background Check
An FDLE background check is mandatory for any RBT in the state of Florida
- $100 FDLE Background Check (Level 2 Background Check)
While we expect the majority of our participants to pass the RBT exam on their first try, trainees will be allowed to take the RBT exam a total of 2 times. Those who fail to pass the exam after 2 attempts will have to pay the fee for any further attempts. Those who do not complete the full training program, including accepting an offer of part-time employment and the agreement to remain for 1 year with My Ba Therapy post-certification, the trainee will be obligated to pay back the cost of the program up until the point of departure.
